How Enclomiphene works
Enclomiphene Citrate is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) that works by blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus. This action increases the production of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), which in turn stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone naturally.

What is Enclomiphene?
Enclomiphene is a medication that helps stimulate your body's natural ability to produce testosterone. It is often used off-label to treat men with low testosterone, and has been clinically shown to double testosterone levels. Enclomiphene is taken as a once-daily pill, with the dosage decided upon based on your lab results and in coordination with one of our physicians.
When can I expect to see results?
You can typically expect to see results from Enclomiphene within a few weeks of starting treatment. However, full benefits may take a few months to show, as your body adjusts and testosterone levels gradually increase.
Does Enclomiphene have side effects?
Side effects of Enclomiphene are minimal, and the drug is generally well tolerated, with side effects occurring relatively rarely. Some known, but rare side effects include headache, nausea, joint pain, and dizziness. Our physicians will discuss potential risks and monitor your progress to ensure treatment is safe and effective for you.
How is this different from TRT?
Enclomiphene is different from Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) in that it stimulates your body to produce its own testosterone rather than supplying synthetic testosterone. This approach can maintain natural hormone balance and avoid some side effects associated with TRT, such as testicular shrinkage and infertility.
